Square Roots scoops top prize at the First Time Buyer Awards

Independent registered provider Square Roots scooped the top accolade at the First Time Buyer Awards for Best Medium Development of the Year with its first ever scheme of affordable homes. 

At a glittering awards lunch at London’s Grosvenor Marriott hotel in Mayfair, Square Roots Kingston, the first development to launch from Square Roots, was chosen as  Best Medium Development of the Year. Square Roots was awarded Registered Provider status last year, following its establishment by London Square as an independent provider, to deliver much-needed affordable homes for shared ownership and for affordable rent across Greater London. 

Leading TV personality and presenter Nicki Chapman presented Square Roots Managing Director Barbara Richardson and the team with a trophy in front of a packed audience from the property industry.  Nicki Chapman paid tribute to Square Roots for providing: “an attainable way to purchase a quality home.”
