All our homes come with the reassurance of a 10 year build warranty, that protects our customers should any defects arise from construction.
This includes our own 2-year Square Roots Customer Care Warranty, so should any defects arise during this period, the cost of the repair/replacement is covered.
Our mission is to make a difference to people’s lives which continues once residents have moved into their Square Roots home. This committee will oversee the communal and estates areas across every Square Roots development, with an appointed managing agent to assist on behalf, providing a platform to influence and feedback on the management and maintenance of these areas within your community.
To ensure we build the homes you want to live in and with the level of care you would expect, your feedback is essential for us. Whether you have a complaint, would just like to make a comment, or even send us a compliment we would love to hear from you.
We do appreciate that sometimes things may not go according to plan. Should you wish to complain please speak to our Customer Service Manager and we aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
