WARRANTIES
All our homes come with the reassurance of a 10 year build warranty that protects our customers should any defects arise from construction.
This includes our own 2-year Square Roots Customer Care Warranty, so should any defects arise during this period, the cost of the repair/replacement is covered.

We do appreciate that sometimes things may not go according to plan. Should you wish to complain please speak to our Customer Service Manager and we aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
