Clare Coghill provides invaluable insights on the provision, governance, and management of affordable housing. Clare is, an exceptional leader and communicator with abilities to manage complex challenges, develop and maintain strong relationships to deliver growth and change. Clare is passionate about place-making, and the creation of sustainable communities with a clear focus on the customer voice. Clare has also held board level appointments at London Councils and the Local Government Association.
With over 30 years’ experience in regeneration and affordable housing sector, Barbara is delivering new shared ownership and affordable rented homes through Square Roots, a wholly owned subsidiary of London Square.
A Fellow Chartered Surveyor, in planning & development, she has worked extensively in bringing forward both private and public sector land, through individual acquisitions or joint venture partnerships to enhance place-making and enable the delivery of much needed affordable new homes.
Russell is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having trained and qualified with Price Waterhouse. He spent 12 years in the Audit and Business Assurance practice before moving into the commercial real estate sector with Canary Wharf Group Investment Holdings plc (CWG). Russell spent 25 years with CWG heading up the Finance function in his role as Chief Financial Officer.
With over 30 years’ experience across the public and private sectors in London and nationwide, Dawn brings exceptional knowledge within a regulatory environment, encompassing technical skills in the areas of governance, audit, risk management, internal controls, and strategic development. Dawn is executive director within Aster Group where she has responsibility for strategy, growth, and assurance.
With over 32 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, working across extra care, supported and independent living, home ownership and affordable rent. Suki has extensive experience of working with executive teams, boards, and customers. Currently Executive Director, Housing Services at Anchor. His experience focuses on neighbourhood & customer services, regeneration, & asset management, leading complex services. Suki is also a member of Group Audit Committee for Riverside.
Adam founded London Square in 2010 and remains the driving force behind the continued success of the company. Adam provides astute and agile leadership to a team of more than 200 staff, with land, construction, production, and sales and marketing divisions, working from its headquarters in West London.
Responsible for all aspects of financial governance, Scott has an outstanding track record. With over 25 years’ experience he has managed over £2 billion of debt and equity transactions, in addition to working at board level for a wide variety of companies across industries including technology, healthcare and financial services.
