Simon Dudley has an outstanding track record in the housing sector, as Chairman of the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, as a board member and former Interim Chair of Homes England and a former council leader. Simon provides exceptional experience at Square Roots to support the planned growth as a significant provider of affordable homes in Greater London.
Clare Coghill
Vice-Chair
Clare Coghill provides invaluable insights on the provision, governance and management of affordable housing. Claire is a former leader of the London Borough of Waltham Forest and has held board level appointments at London Councils and the Local Government Association.
Dawn Fowler-Stevens
Independent Non-Exec Board Member
With over 25 years experience across the public and private sectors in London and nationwide, Dawn brings exceptional knowledge within a regulatory environment, encompassing technical skills in the areas of governance, audit, risk management, internal controls and strategic development. Dawn is executive director within Aster Group where she has responsibility for growth and assurance.
Barbara Richardson
Managing Director
With over 25 years' experience in the regeneration and affordable sector, Barbara is driving forward plans for shared ownership and affordable homes. A chartered surveyor, she joined from Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, where she was MD of the council’s property company. Before that, Barbara was MD at Lampton 360 Ltd, where she set up development and investment companies to deliver housing in the London Borough of Hounslow. She has also had director level roles at Savills and Berkeley First.
Adam Lawrence

Following a 15-year career at Barratt Developments, where he rose from Sales Manager to Regional Chairman, he oversaw the creation of around 3,000 new homes each year with sales of almost £800 million per annum. Adam founded London Square in 2010, and remains the driving force behind the continued success of the company.

Responsible for all aspects of financial governance, Scott has an outstanding track record. With over 25 years’ experience he has managed over £2 billion of debt and equity transactions, in addition to working at board level for a wide variety of companies across industries including technology, healthcare and financial services
