Square Roots meets potential homeowners at the London Home Show

Affordable provider Square Roots made its debut at the London Home Show this month – and proved to be a major hit with potential first-time buyers who want to secure their own home through shared ownership.

More than three thousand people attended the show at the QEII Centre in Westminster, the largest event of its kind for first time buyers who wanted to find out about affordable home ownership. Attendees were able to speak directly with housing providers, mortgage advisors, solicitors and first-time buyer experts in the QEII’s main exhibition hall. There were also Ask the Expert sessions and First Time Buyer Workshops, with a panel of industry experts, and Affordability Workshops with mortgage experts providing advice on the best options available. Square Roots was one of the sponsors of the event, alongside other leading housing providers such as Peabody and Clarion Housing Group.

Square Roots attracted more than 400 potential buyers who visited its stylish exhibition stand with the striking strapline: Unlocking Great Places. Unlocking Quality Homes. The Square Roots team talked to the visitors about the forthcoming Square Roots sites in Hendon, Kingston, Lewisham and handed out branded water bottles, coffee cups, hessian bags, and special grow pencils with seeds which can be planted after use – living up to the brand name!
