Square Roots Lewisham Awarded First Time Buyer Readers’ Award 2024

Square Roots scooped the top accolade at the First Time Buyer Awards for Best Large Development of the Year for Square Roots Lewisham.

London Square received highly commended in the Private Developer of the Year category for the quality homes it delivers for first time buyers across all it's sites in Greater London.

At a glittering awards lunch at London’s Grosvenor Marriott hotel in Mayfair, Square Roots Lewisham, was chosen as Best Large Development of the Year. Square Roots was awarded Registered Provider status in 2022, following its establishment by London Square as an independent provider, to deliver much-needed affordable homes for shared ownership and for affordable rent across Greater London.

Leading TV personality and presenter Nicki Chapman presented the Square Roots team with a trophy in front of a packed audience from the property industry.  

 

Nicki Chapman paid tribute to Square Roots Lewisham as she presented the award: “This development has created 116 new pet friendly shared ownership homes. It includes a rooftop terrace, retail and office space, landscaped gardens, play areas and there are a number of resident events to really create that sense of community”.
