Discover Shared Ownership
Shared Ownership is designed to help buyers take their first step onto the property ladder with a smaller deposit and mortgage.
It allows you to:
- Purchase a share of your home, typically betwen 25% and 75%
- Pay a deposit based on the share you're buying
- Pay rent on the remaining share
- Increase your ownership over time through staircasing, with the opprotunity to eventually own your home outright
